Jalapeño Chicken

- 1 Skillet
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken thighs boneless and skinless. Cut into 1 inch pieces
- 3 tbsp All purpose seasoning of your choice
- 2 tbsp orange pepper seasoning
- 1 tbsp Chinese five spice
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 3 tbsp corn starch
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 Jalapeños sliced
- 2 green onions thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp grapeseed oil
Instructions
- Season chicken pieces with all purpose seasoning, paprika, Chinese five spice, orange pepper and corn starch
- To a skillet, heat oil on medium high heat and cook chicken thighs until completely cooked. Remove from pan and set aside
- To a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and half of the minced garlic.
- To the same skillet, sauté remaining garlic, half of green onion, and jalapeno's until softened. Add back chicken and sauce. Lower heat to medium-low.
- Allow sauce to cook until thickened and serve immediately over rice.
