Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken thighs boneless and skinless. Cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 3 tbsp All purpose seasoning of your choice
  • 2 tbsp orange pepper seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Chinese five spice
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 3 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 Jalapeños sliced
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp grapeseed oil

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken pieces with all purpose seasoning, paprika, Chinese five spice, orange pepper and corn starch
  • To a skillet, heat oil on medium high heat and cook chicken thighs until completely cooked. Remove from pan and set aside
  • To a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and half of the minced garlic.
  • To the same skillet, sauté remaining garlic, half of green onion, and jalapeno's until softened. Add back chicken and sauce. Lower heat to medium-low.
  • Allow sauce to cook until thickened and serve immediately over rice.
