Jalapeño Chicken

- 1 lb chicken thighs boneless and skinless. Cut into 1 inch pieces
- 3 tbsp All purpose seasoning of your choice
- 2 tbsp orange pepper seasoning
- 1 tbsp Chinese five spice
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 3 tbsp corn starch
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 Jalapeños sliced
- 2 green onions thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp grapeseed oil
Season chicken pieces with all purpose seasoning, paprika, Chinese five spice, orange pepper and corn starch
To a skillet, heat oil on medium high heat and cook chicken thighs until completely cooked. Remove from pan and set aside
To a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and half of the minced garlic.
To the same skillet, sauté remaining garlic, half of green onion, and jalapeno's until softened. Add back chicken and sauce. Lower heat to medium-low.
Allow sauce to cook until thickened and serve immediately over rice.
