Hot Honey Glazed Ham
Ingredients
- 1 quarter sized spiral cut ham
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- ¼ cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground allspice
- 1 tsp Pretty Girls Eat Too All Purpose Seasoning
Glaze
- ham drippings
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup Red Stripe Beer
- 2 tbsp Mike's Hot Honey
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- ¼ tsp Maggi Jugo
Instructions
- To a bowl, combine butter, brown sugar and spices and stir to combine. Brush all over ham and get in between slices.
- Cover with foil and bake on 400℉ for 30 minutes.
- To a saucepan on medium heat, combine all of the ingredients for the glaze along with ham drippings created while baking and simmer on low for 20 minutes or until its reduced to ¼th or a syrup consistency.
- Pour glaze over ham – ensuring to get in every slice – and return to the oven for an additional 15 minutes.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
