Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cooked sushi rice
  • 1 salmon filet
  • ½ tsp Pretty Girls Eat Too All Purpose Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp kewpie mayo
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp yuzu kosho
  • tbsp furikake

Instructions
 

  • Season salmon with all purpose seasoning. Sear in a skilled on medium heat until the flesh has a crust and the skin is crispy. Remove from skillet and place in a bowl.
  • Combine salmon with mayo, sriracha, cream cheese, green onions. Break up salmon until its a smooth texture.
  • Combine sushi rice and mirin in a separate bowl
  • Layer rice, furikake, and salmon mixture in a small baking dish. Bake at 400 for seven minutes.
  • Top with spicy mayo, scallion, and serve with seaweed chips.
