Smoothie Bowl

An alternative to an acai bowl using easy to find fruits. The best thing is, this recipe is interchangeable!

Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients
  

Base

  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen berries of your choice
  • 1 splash almond milk or any dairy alternative or even coconut water
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth but thick.
  • Add to a bowl, smooth out, and top with your favorite fruits, nuts, and granolas
