Croissant Waffles, A sweet treat to have whether for dessert or for a snack for a gathering. You can customize this dessert as well, utilizing fruit and different flavor whipped creams. The world is your oyster, or, your croissant waffle.

Ingredients
- perforated croissant dough
- 1 cup sugar
- 1½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup cookie butter divided
- biscoff cookies
Instructions
- Roll croissants according to packageperforated croissant dough
- Coat croissants in sugar and place in waffle maker. Cook through.1 cup sugar
- In a separate bowl, whisk heavy cream until soft peaks form, or until you're close to the texture of shaving cream. Add in half of the cookie butter and whisk to combine. The whipped cream is formed when you have stiff speaks.Stiff peaks mean when the whipped cream is on the whisk, stiffly standing up on its own.1½ cup heavy cream, ½ cup cookie butter
- Top croissant waffles with whipped cream, drizzle with cookie butter and top with crumbled biscoff cookies. Enjoy immediately.biscoff cookies
