Single Serve Apple Crisp

Ingredients
  

  • 2 granny smith apples peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • ¼ tbsp all purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

Topping

  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • tbsp salted butter softened
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour

Instructions
 

  • To a bowl, combine apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, and flour. Stir until combined and pour into a ramekin.
  • To a separate bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, oats, and flour. Combine until slightly shaggy mixture forms
  • Pour caramel on top of the apples, and place topping on the very top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Allow to cool and serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
