Single Serve Apple Crisp
Ingredients
- 2 granny smith apples peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- ¼ tbsp all purpose flour
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- juice of ½ lemon
- 2 tbsp caramel sauce
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
Topping
- 3 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1½ tbsp salted butter softened
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
Instructions
- To a bowl, combine apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, and flour. Stir until combined and pour into a ramekin.
- To a separate bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, oats, and flour. Combine until slightly shaggy mixture forms
- Pour caramel on top of the apples, and place topping on the very top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool and serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
