Single Serve Smothered Porkchop

Single Serve Smothered Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 1 porkchop
- 1 tbsp Pretty Girls Eat Too All Purpose Seasoning
- 1 egg
- 1 cup all purpose flour + 1 tbsp.
- ¼ yellow onion sliced
- ¼ green bell pepper sliced
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 cup chicken stock
- ½ tbsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Season porkchop with ¼ tbsp Pretty Girls Eat Too All Purpose Seasoning and ⅛ salt.
- Set up dredge station with 1 egg and in a separate bowl 1 cup of flour seasoned with ¼ tbsp of Pretty Girls Eat Too All Purpse Seasoning and smoked paprika.
- Dredge porkchop in flour, egg, and flour again.
- Shake off excess and fry until thoroughly cooked. Set aside.
- Remove all oil from the pan except for 2 tbsp. Add in 1 tbsp of all purpose flour. Whisk until combined.
- Follow with onions and bell pepper. Once onions are translucent, add in garlic.
- Add in chicken stock and remaining all purpose seasoning .
- once sauce is thickened, add back the porkchop and cook for 5 minutes on low. Serve immediately.
