Single Serve Chicken Adobo
Ingredients
- 2 chicken thighs or drumsticks
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tbsp black peppercorns
- ½ tbsp Pretty Girls Eat Too All Purpose Seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- To a bowl, marinate chicken in vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, peppercorns, all purpose seasoning, and salt. Set aside for 30 minutes.
- To a skillet on medium high heat, sear chicken on both sides until browned.
- Add in remaining marinate, water, and bay leaves. Lower heat to medium low and cover for 15 minutes to cook through.
- Remove bay leaves, serve over rice immediately, and enjoy!
