Single Serve Hot Honey Chicken Dip

Single Serve Hot Honey Chicken Dip
Ingredients
- ½ Chicken breast
- ⅓ cup cream cheese
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup white and yellow cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp Pretty Girls Eat Too All Purpose Seasoning
- ¼ cup wing sauce of your choice
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ small shallot finely diced
- 1 garlic clove grated
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- To a bowl season the chicken with Pretty Girls eat Too All Purpose Seasoning.
- To a skillet on medium heat, add in oil and sear chicken on both sides until thoroughly cooked. Remove and set aside.
- To the same pan, add in shallot and red pepper flake. Stir frequently until shallot is transclucent. Set aside
- Shred chicken once cooled, then place in a bowl.
- To the bowl, add softened cream cheese, most of the cheese (save some for topping), wing sauce, honey, shallot and red pepper flake mixture. Mix until well combined
- Place the mixture into a ramekin and bake at 400℉ for 10 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Serve immediately and enjoy!
