Single Serve Baked Shrimp Scampi
Ingredients
- 8 Colassal Shrimp raw, tail on, and deveined
- 3 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 3 tbsp dry white wine of your choice
- 1 tsp Pretty Girls Eat Too All Purpose Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp parsley chopped
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
Instructions
- To a bowl, combine melted butter, wine, lemon juice, garlic, all purpose seasoning, and salt. Whisk to combine
- Spoon 2 tbsp of sauce mixture into baking dish. Arrange shrimp on top of sauce to where they are closely snugged into one another.
- To a separate bowl, combine bread crumbs, parsley, pepper, and 1 tbsp of the sauce mixture. Mix well.
- Spoon remaining sauce on top of shrimp and top with breadcrumb mixture.
- Bake at 425 for 10 minutes and enjoy once cool enough to eat. Top with optional parmesan
