Single Serve Funnel Cake

A crispy, golden single-serve funnel cake dusted with powdered sugar. Fairground flavor made easy, just for you.

Total Time 8 minutes
Servings 1 Person

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

Strawberry Sauce

  • 6 strawberries halved
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 tbsp corn starch

Instructions
 

  • Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Mix all wet ingredients in another bowl.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients until a thin pancake batter forms. Put batter into a squirt bottle.
  • Squirt batter into oil in a circular shape. Fry in 350 degree oil until golden on both sides.
  • Remove from oil and allow to drain of all oil.
  • Top with powdered sugar and strawberry sauce. Enjoy

Strawberry Sauce

  • Add all ingredients into pot and allow to simmer. Remove once strawberries are slightly soft and saucy.
