Single Serve Funnel Cake

Single Serve Funnel Cake
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
Strawberry Sauce
- 6 strawberries halved
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 tbsp corn starch
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix all wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until a thin pancake batter forms. Put batter into a squirt bottle.
- Squirt batter into oil in a circular shape. Fry in 350 degree oil until golden on both sides.
- Remove from oil and allow to drain of all oil.
- Top with powdered sugar and strawberry sauce. Enjoy
Strawberry Sauce
- Add all ingredients into pot and allow to simmer. Remove once strawberries are slightly soft and saucy.
