Ingredients
- 3 russet potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1 tbsp sazon
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Rinse potatoes in cold water to remove any excess starch
- Drizzle potatoes with oil and season with sazon, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper. and cornstarch.
- Spray air fryer with oil and set to 380℉Oven: Pre-heat oven to 400℉
- Air fryer: Add in potatoes in a single layer and cook for 20 minutes, shaking the potatoes at 10 minutes.Oven: To a parchment paper lined baking sheet or unlined non-stick baking sheet, arrange potatoes in a single layer and bake for 30 minutes, flipping at 15 minutes
- Remove from air fryer or oven and serve immediately. Top with any desired toppings, such as nacho cheese, and sour cream.
