- 1 porkchop
- 1 tbsp Pretty Girls Eat Too All Purpose Seasoning
- 1 egg
- 1 cup all purpose flour + 1 tbsp.
- ¼ yellow onion sliced
- ¼ green bell pepper sliced
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 cup chicken stock
- ½ tbsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- Oil for frying
Season porkchop with ¼ tbsp Pretty Girls Eat Too All Purpose Seasoning and ⅛ salt.
Set up dredge station with 1 egg and in a separate bowl 1 cup of flour seasoned with ¼ tbsp of Pretty Girls Eat Too All Purpse Seasoning and smoked paprika.
Dredge porkchop in flour, egg, and flour again.
Shake off excess and fry until thoroughly cooked. Set aside.
Remove all oil from the pan except for 2 tbsp. Add in 1 tbsp of all purpose flour. Whisk until combined.
Follow with onions and bell pepper. Once onions are translucent, add in garlic.
Add in chicken stock and remaining all purpose seasoning .
once sauce is thickened, add back the porkchop and cook for 5 minutes on low. Serve immediately.
