Single Serve Apple Crisp

- 2 granny smith apples peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- ¼ tbsp all purpose flour
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- juice of ½ lemon
- 2 tbsp caramel sauce
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
Topping
- 3 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1½ tbsp salted butter softened
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
To a bowl, combine apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, and flour. Stir until combined and pour into a ramekin.
To a separate bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, oats, and flour. Combine until slightly shaggy mixture forms
Pour caramel on top of the apples, and place topping on the very top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Allow to cool and serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
