Baked Turkey Wings
These baked turkey wings take very minimal effort, but they do not taste like that at all. Flavorful, juicy, and tender. You just cannot go wrong.

Baked Turkey Wings
Ingredients
- 4 Turkey wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp green seasoning see my green seasoning recipe linked in the description
- 1 yellow onion thinly sliced
- 4 cloves of garlic minced
- 3 tbsp all purpose seasoning
- 1 tbsp Tony's cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 3 sprigs of thyme
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cups chicken stock
Gravy
- Turkey drippings
- 5 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375℉.
- To a bowl, add in cleaned turkey wings. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with green seasoning, all purpose, Tony's, smoked paprika, black pepper, and thyme. Set aside,
- To a cast iron skillet, add in onion, and top with turkey wings. Making sure to have the turkey wings next to one another. Top with garlic, butter, and chicken stock. Cover with foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
- Uncover turkey wings and flip them over. Bake uncovered for another hour.
- Remove from oven and serve.
Gravy
- To a sauce pan on medium heat, add in turkey drippings from cast iron. Add in flour and whisk. Allow to cook for one minute and follow with chicken stock.
- Whisk until smooth and thickened. Add in black pepper an thyme. Pour over turkey wings and enjoy.
