Honey Lemon Pepper Salmon

These honey lemon pepper salmon bites go perfectly over any side dish pretty much! Rice, pasta, salad, or just greens by itself. You cant go wrong with this protein packed recipe that’s perfectly balanced with sweetness and acidity. Make these in the air fryer or oven for a lazy dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 oz salmon
  • 4 tbsp grapeseed or olive oil
  • 1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
  • ½ tbsp paprika
  • ½ tbsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Cut your salmon into cubes and clean. Drizzle 1 tbsp. of oil and season with all purpose seasoning and half of paprika. Set aside.
  • To a separate bowl, add remaining oil, lemon juice, honey, paprika and pepper. Whisk until combined.
  • Air Fryer, Add salmon bites to an air fryer sprayed with non stick oil. Cook for 15 minutes at 360℉. Halfway through, brush salmon bites with honey lemon pepper sauce.
    Oven: Place salmon bites in oven at 375℉℉. Cook for 10 minutes and halfway through, brush salmon with glaze.
  • Once salmon is finished cooking, brish with remaining glaze and serve.
