Honey Lemon Pepper Salmon

protein packed recipe that's perfectly balanced with sweetness and acidity. Make these in the air fryer or oven for a lazy dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 oz salmon
  • 4 tbsp grapeseed or olive oil
  • 1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
  • ½ tbsp paprika
  • ½ tbsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Cut your salmon into cubes and clean. Drizzle 1 tbsp. of oil and season with all purpose seasoning and half of paprika. Set aside.
  • To a separate bowl, add remaining oil, lemon juice, honey, paprika and pepper. Whisk until combined.
  • Air Fryer, Add salmon bites to an air fryer sprayed with non stick oil. Cook for 15 minutes at 360℉. Halfway through, brush salmon bites with honey lemon pepper sauce.
    Oven: Place salmon bites in oven at 375℉℉. Cook for 10 minutes and halfway through, brush salmon with glaze.
  • Once salmon is finished cooking, brish with remaining glaze and serve.
