Shrimp Fried Rice
Shrimp fried rice is a classic side dish, and if you’re lazy, its the whole meal! You guys should know by now, my favorite recipes come together very quickly, with only a handful of ingredients. There’s so much flavor and this pairs well with ANYTHING !

Shrimp Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked jasmine rice cooled down
- 1/2 lb shrimp tails off
- 1/2 red onion finely diced
- 2 sprigs of green onion thinly sliced
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp garlic all purpose seasoning
- 1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
- 2 eggs scrambled
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp white pepper
- 1/5 cup soy sauce
- sesame seeds to garnish
Instructions
- To a bowl, season shrimp with all purpose, paprika, and 1 tbsp white pepper. Set aside.1/2 lb shrimp, 1 tbsp all purpose seasoning, 1 tbsp paprika, 2 tbsp white pepper
- To a wok on medium high heat, thoroughly cook shrimp and remove. Then add in eggs and scramble, removing from pan once cooked.2 eggs
- To the same wok, add in red onion, green onion, and garlic. Sautee for 1 minute or until fragrant.1/2 red onion, 2 sprigs of green onion, 4 garlic cloves
- Add in cooked rice and stir to break up any rice sticking together. Add in soy sauce and stir to make sure everything is fully combined.3 cups cooked jasmine rice, 1/5 cup soy sauce
- Season with garlic all purpose and garnish with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.2 tbsp garlic all purpose seasoning, sesame seeds
