Cajun Shrimp Toast

  • 1 Cookie sheet


  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and devained
  • 1 loaf baguette bread
  • 3 sprig green onion thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Tony's creole seasoning
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tsp All Purpose Seasoning
  • 1 tsp white pepper


  • On a cutting board, smash shrimp into a paste and add to a bowl.
  • Into that same bowl, add in green onion, mayo, cheese, seasoning, and spices. Mix well until combined
  • Cut baguette into 1 1/4 inch slices. Spread mixture on top of bread
  • To an oven pre-heated at 400 degrees. Put bread into the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and pieces are golden brown.
  • Serve immediately
