How To Make Honey Soy Wings
1. Season the Wings
- Pat wings dry with paper towels.
- Toss with All Purpose Seasoning, garlic powder, white pepper, sesame oil, soy sauce, corn starch, all purpose flour, and an egg, . Let sit for 10–15 minutes.
2. Heat Oil
- In a heavy pot or deep fryer, heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
4. Fry the Wings
- Fry wings in batches for 8–10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and drain on a wire rack or paper towels.
5. Make the Honey Soy Glaze
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, five spice, and sesame oil.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
6. Toss Wings in Sauce
- In a large bowl, toss the hot fried wings with the honey soy glaze until evenly coated.
7. Garnish and Serve
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped scallions. Serve hot!

Ingredients
- 2 lbs whole chicken wings
- 1½ tbsp Pretty Girls Eat Too All Purpose Seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Honey Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 bird eye chili
- ½ tsp five spice
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- To a bowl, combine season chicken wings with all ingredients listed and mix well. Marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Fry chicken wings in oil at 350℉ for 8-10 minutes or until chicken wings are golden, crispy, and reach 165℉ internally
- To a skillet, add all ingredients and allow to simmer and slightly reduce
- Toss chicken wings in sauce and serve immediately
