Single Serve Chili Garlic Noodles
Ingredients
- 2 oz spaghetti or long pasta of your choice
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp sambal or more depending on your taste
- 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 2 scallions green and white part chopped
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
- Boil pasta until al dente in salted water
- To a skillet on medium heat, melt butter and add in garlic. Sauté until fragrant
- Add in sambal, soy sauce, and ¼ cup of pasta water. Stir until combined.
- Add in cooked pasta and scallion and allow pasta to soak up the remaining sauce in the pan.
