Single Serve Hamburger Helper
Ingredients
- ¼ lbs. ground beef
- ¼ yellow onion finely diced
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ⅓ cup milk
- 4 oz cheddar and American cheese
- ½ tbsp Pretty Girls Eat Too All Purpose Seasoning
- 1/2 cup elbow macaroni noodles
Instructions
- To a skillet on medium-high heat, brown the ground beef. Add in half of all purpose seasoning.
- Add in onion and sauté until transclucent. Follow with garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add in tomato paste and allow a minute or so to turn a burgundy color – stir frequently.
- Lower heat to medium and add in elbow pasta, chicken broth, and milk, along with remaining seasoning. Cover and simmer for 8 minutes.
- Uncover and add in cheese. Stir until melted and serve immediately.
