Honey Mustard Chicken
This recipe features juicy chicken leg quarters coated in a luscious sweet, tangy honey mustard glaze, then baked until tender. The amazing thing about this dish is it can be served with virtually any side. The sweet and tangy sauce compliments everything paired with it quite well.

Honey mustard Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 chicken leg quarters
- 3 tbsp all purpose seasoning
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- chives to garnish
Sauce/Marinade
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 3 sprigs of thyme
- 1 tbsp salt and pepper
Instructions
- To your cleaned chicken legs, season with all purpose seasoning, and paprika. Set aside.4 chicken leg quarters, 3 tbsp all purpose seasoning, 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- To a separate bowl, add in oil, mustard, honey, thyme, along with the salt and pepper. Stir to combine.3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp dijon mustard, 2 tbsp honey, 4 garlic cloves, 3 sprigs of thyme, 1 tbsp salt and pepper
- Coat chicken in sauce and arrange in a cast iron skillet. Bake at 370℉ for 40 minutes, or until cooked thoroughly and golden.
- Garnish with chives and serve immediately.chives
