Small Serving Jerk Turkey Wings

Small Serving Jerk Turkey Wings
Ingredients
- 3 turkey wings
- 1 tbsp jerk marinade see recipe
- 1 tbsp Pretty Girls Eat Too All Purpose Seasoning
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 tbsp cream of chicken
- ½ yellow onion thinly sliced
- ½ red bell pepper thinly sliced
- ½ green bell pepper thinly sliced
Instructions
- To a bowl, drizzle turkey wings with olive oil, and season with jerk marinade, all purpose seasoning, and salt. Massage well.
- Place onions and peppers in the bottom of a cast iron skillet. Arrange turkey wings on top.
- To the bowl the turkey wings were seasoned in, add in chicken stock and cream of chicken. Whisk well.
- Pour the liquid around the turkey wings. Cover and bake at 300℉ for 2½ hours.
- Uncover and baste turkey wings. Allow to bake for a further 30 minutes at 375℉ while basting every 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve
