Ingredients
  

  • 3 turkey wings
  • 1 tbsp jerk marinade see recipe
  • 1 tbsp Pretty Girls Eat Too All Purpose Seasoning
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp cream of chicken
  • ½ yellow onion thinly sliced
  • ½ red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • ½ green bell pepper thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • To a bowl, drizzle turkey wings with olive oil, and season with jerk marinade, all purpose seasoning, and salt. Massage well.
  • Place onions and peppers in the bottom of a cast iron skillet. Arrange turkey wings on top.
  • To the bowl the turkey wings were seasoned in, add in chicken stock and cream of chicken. Whisk well.
  • Pour the liquid around the turkey wings. Cover and bake at 300℉ for 2½ hours.
  • Uncover and baste turkey wings. Allow to bake for a further 30 minutes at 375℉ while basting every 10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and serve
