Bulgogi Lettuce Wraps

Bulgogi Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients
- 1 lb shaved rib eye
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp white pepper
- 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp gochujang paste
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp ginger grated
- 1 tbsp salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- red onion thinly sliced
- edamame
- carrots shredded
- sesame seeds for garnish
- scallion
- butter lettuce leaves for assembly
Instructions
- To a bowl, mix together all spices and sesame oil along with garlic and ginger.
- To a wok or skillet at medium high heat, add in grapeseed oil and fry beef (constantly stirring). Once meat is fully browned, add in sauce and allow beef to finish cooking in the sauce . Sauce should be almost fully reduced and beef should be crispy.
- Assemble lettuce wraps with your desired toppings and enjoy.
