It’s made by blending roasted poblano peppers with creamy mayonnaise, or Greek yogurt (for a more protein packed option). Garlic, lime juice, and a hint of cumin or cilantro are added for extra flavor, creating a smooth, mildly spicy dressing with earthy depth. Poblano Crema

- Food Processor
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 roasted poblano skin and seeds removed
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1 handful of cilantro
- 1 tbsp salt and pepper
- ½ tbsp cumin
- 1 garlic clove
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your food processor and blend until smooth.Store in an airtight container and store for up to 5 days.
