Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 roasted poblano skin and seeds removed
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 handful of cilantro
  • 1 tbsp salt and pepper
  • ½ tbsp cumin
  • 1 garlic clove

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to your food processor and blend until smooth.
    Store in an airtight container and store for up to 5 days.
