Salmon Pinwheel Recipe (Spinach Dip Stuffed) + Video

Spinach Dip Stuffed Salmon Pinwheel
Ingredients
- 1 piece of salmon, skin removed
- 1 cup spinach
- ⅕ cup cream cheese
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 3 tbsp dill minced
- 3 tbsp all purpose seasoning
- ¼ cup chardonnay
- 3 tbsp mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400℉
- Cut salmon the long way so that you have one super long piece of salmon.
- To a skillet on medium heat, sauté spinach and garlic in 1 tbsp. oil.
- Once the spinach is cooked, add to a separate bowl with cream cheese, and 1 tbsp. all purpose seasoning,
- Spread mixture across salmon and roll up into a pinwheel. Cream cheese mixture should act like glue and hold this pinwheel together,
- In a skillet heated to medium-high, sear salmon on both sides for 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at for 10 minutes.
- To the same skillet, add in butter, Chardonnay, and dill. Allow wine to reduce slightly.
- Pour sauce over salmon and enjoy immediately
