Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 5 oz spinach sautéed

  • ½ tbsp salt
  • ½ tbsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  • Cut a slit into your chicken breasts to create a pocket. You want to cut about ¾ of the way through the chicken breast to create a sizeable pocket. Careful not to cut all the way through.
  • Drizzle 1 tbsp of oil over chicken and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika, ensuring to massage seasonings on the outside AND inside of the chicken.
  • To a bowl, combine cream cheese, spinach, cheeses, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and remaining seasonings. Combine well to make sure cream cheese is evenly distributed amongst the rest of the ingredients.

  • To an oven-safe skillet on medium high heat, add in one tbsp of oil. Sear chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown.
