- 4 Skinless chicken breasts
- ½ tbsp salt
- ½ tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp paprika
- ½ tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp oil
Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 5 oz spinach sautéed
- 1 cup mozarella cheese shredded
- ½ cup parmesan cheese shredded
- ½ tbsp salt
- ½ tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- ½ tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Cut a slit into your chicken breasts to create a pocket. You want to cut about ¾ of the way through the chicken breast to create a sizeable pocket. Careful not to cut all the way through.
Drizzle 1 tbsp of oil over chicken and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika, ensuring to massage seasonings on the outside AND inside of the chicken.
To a bowl, combine cream cheese, spinach, cheeses, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and remaining seasonings. Combine well to make sure cream cheese is evenly distributed amongst the rest of the ingredients.
With a spoon, stuff the chicken breasts with the filling.
To an oven-safe skillet on medium high heat, add in one tbsp of oil. Sear chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown.
Place skillet into the oven for 15 minutes at 350℉ to cook the chicken internally. Remove when chicken hits 165℉ internally. Serve immediately.
