Strawberry Poptart Blondies
Not your ordinary blondies, these strawberry Poptart blondies are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. Think of an elevated sugar cookie.

Dough
- 2½ cups All Purpose Flour
- 8 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
Icing
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- ¼ cup heavy cream
Assembly
- Strawberry preserves recipe linked in description

To a stand mixer, add in butter and sugar. Allow sugar to cream and fluff up for about 3 minutes. Follow with vanilla extract and eggs. Add in one egg at a time and allow to fully combine.Then, follow in with all dry ingredients and allow to combine. Chill dough for 10 minutes before shaping. 2½ cups All Purpose Flour, 8 tbsp unsalted butter, 1 cup sugar, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp baking powder, 2 tbsp vanilla extract, 2 eggs
Using parchment paper, line the baking dish and add in half of the dough. Place another sheet of parchment on top and shape/smooth the dough to fit. Repeat this twice and chill dough again for about 10 minutes.Once firm, unwrap the dough and place them in the baking dish, sandwiching strawberry preserves in between the two layers of dough. Bake for 30 mins at 375℉ Strawberry preserves
To a separate bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and heavy cream until smooth to create icing
2 cups powdered sugar, ¼ cup heavy cream
Once removed from oven, place on cooling rack and allow to cool completely. Cover with icing and sprinkle sprinkles on the top. Enjoy.
