Single Serving Crab Rangoon Dip

- ⅓ block of cream cheese
- 2 scallions green parts chopped
- 4 imitation crab sticks chopped finely
- ½ tbsp Pretty Girls Eat Too All Purpose Seasoning
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- Sweet thai chili sauce for serving
To a bowl, combine cream cheese, scallion, imitation crab, seasoning and ¾ of the cheese. Mix well.
Place mixture into ramekin, top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 375℉ for 15 minutes.
Serve immediately with wonton chips.
