Single Serve Pepper Steak

- 6 oz sirloin steak sliced
- ¼ red bell pepper sliced
- ¼ green bell pepper sliced
- ¼ yellow bell pepper sliced
- ¼ yellow onion sliced
- ½ tbsp Pretty Girls Eat Too All Purpose Seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2½ cups beef broth
To a bowl, season steak with All Purpose seasoning, salt, and dark soy sauce. Mix well, and set aside.
To a skillet on medium-high heat, add oil sauté the beef until browned on the outside. Remove from pan.
Add in bell peppers and onion and sauté until the onions are transclucent. Add in tomato paste and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
Add in beef broth ½ cup of beef broth at a time and cover on medium heat. Cook for 20 minutes or until beef is fork tender.
Serve immediately with rice, salad, and/or plantains.
