Single Serve Monkey Bread

Single serve monkey bread: gooey, buttery, cinnamon-sugar bites baked to pull-apart perfection—just for you.

Equipment

  • Ramekin

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Canned biscuits
  • 1 tsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon

Icing

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • With a paper towel, rub the butter inside of your ramekin to ensure the biscuit pieces do not stick.
  • To a bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Stir until combined.
  • Cut biscuits into 4 pieces each and toss them into cinnamon sugar. Place them into ramekin.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

Icing

  • To a bowl, combine powdered sugar and heavy cream and stir until smooth.
  • Once monkey bread is removed from oven and cooled for 7 minutes, top with icing and serve. Enjoy !
