Single Serve Lasagna

- 4 lasagna noodles
- 1¼ cups Mozzarella cheese
- 1.5 oz Italian sausage
- 1.5 oz ground beef
Tomato Sauce
- 6 roma tomatoes scored
- 3 garlic cloves
- ¼ yellow onion diced
- ¼ cup basil
- 2 sprigs fresh oregano
- ½ tbsp Pretty Girls Eat Too All Purpose Seasoning
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp salt
Ricotta Mixture
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- ⅙ cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh basil
- 1 garlic clove grated
- ½ small shallot diced
- ½ tbsp Pretty Girls Eat Too All Purpose Seasoning
Boil lasagna noodles until al dente - about 7 minutes
To a skillet on medium-high heat, brown sausage and ground beef. Season with All Purpose Seasoning to taste. Set to the side.
Pour tomato sauce into skillet and combine.
To your baking dish layer, sauce, pasta, ricotta, sauce, and cheese. Repeat until the baking dish is full. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350℉ or until top is golden and bubbly. Allow to cool and serve.
Tomato Sauce
To a medium saucepan, sauté onion until transclucent. Follow with garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add in tomatoes, salt, basil, and cover for 10 minutes or until softened.
Remove the lid, add in oregano and stir. Blend until smooth
