Single Serve Garlic Fried Rice
Crispy, garlicky fried rice made in minutes—perfect for one, packed with flavor, and endlessly customizable.

- ½ cup cooked, day old rice
- 6 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp Maggi sauce
- 1 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 scallion white and green parts sliced and separated
- 1 tsp Pretty Girls Eat Too All Purpose Seasoning
- 2 tbsp oil
To a wok or skillet on medium low heat, add in oil and fry the garlic until slightly golden and fragrant. Remove and set aside.
Fry white parts of scallion net and add in the egg once the onion is fragrant.
Scramble the egg immediately and add in rice once the egg is no longer wet.
break up rice and toss together the egg and rice. Follow with Maggi, soy sauce, and all purpose seasoning. Mix well
Add in remaining green onion and remove from heat. Serve alongside your favorite protein and enjoy.
