To a bowl, season chicken with All Purpose Seasoning, white pepper, and sesame oil. Combine and set aside.
To a wok or skillet on medium high heat, add in 1 tbsp of oil and sear chicke on both sides until cooked through. Remove once cooked.
To a separate pot, steam broccoli for 3-4 minutes or until vibrant green. Remove from pot and set aside.
To a separate bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin, maggi, chicken broth, and rice wine vinegar.
Add sauce to wok or skillet and bring to a boil. Add in minced garlic.
Thicken sauce with cornstarch slurry and simmer for 2 more minutes.
Add in cooked chicken and broccoli to sauce and combine well.
Serve with white rice, or starch of your choice.
