Salmon Croquettes

This quick southern breakfast salmon croquettes recipe will have you full and ready to start your day in no time. Or if you're feeling nostalgic, whip this one up for dinner with some rice and greens ! Less than twenty minutes and you have a delicious breakfast or dinner on the table. Full of protein, it could even be a good after gym meal. *wink wink*

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans pink salmon boneless
  • ¼ yellow onion finely diced
  • ¼ green onion finely diced
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic grated
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
  • ½ tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients except for oil in a bowl and combine well. Form into patties and use additional flour as needed to help patties form.
  • To a skillet on medium-high heat, add in oil. Once heated, cook patties on both sides, for about 3 minutes per side. Remove from pan and serve alongside grits or rice.
