Peach Crisp

Peach crisp is a warm, cozy dessert with sweet peaches and a buttery crumble topping—perfect with vanilla ice cream or on its own.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe peaches diced
  • 5 tbsp dark brown sugar divided
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • tsp cinnamon
  • tsp nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • tbsp cold butter
  • cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350℉
  • to a bowl, add in peaches, 2 tbsp. of brown sugar, vanilla extract, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cornstarch. Combine well.
  • To a separate bowl, combine flour, remaining brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Combine until it reaches a sand-like texture.
  • To a ramekin, add in peach mixture, and top with crumble mixture. Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Allow to cook for 10 minutes, and serve with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
