Peach Crisp
Peach crisp is a warm, cozy dessert with sweet peaches and a buttery crumble topping—perfect with vanilla ice cream or on its own.

- 2 ripe peaches diced
- 5 tbsp dark brown sugar divided
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1½ tsp cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp nutmeg
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2½ tbsp cold butter
- ⅙ cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350℉
to a bowl, add in peaches, 2 tbsp. of brown sugar, vanilla extract, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cornstarch. Combine well.
To a separate bowl, combine flour, remaining brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Combine until it reaches a sand-like texture.
To a ramekin, add in peach mixture, and top with crumble mixture. Bake for 30 minutes.
Allow to cook for 10 minutes, and serve with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
