Parmesan Crusted Asparagus
This dish is both elevated and delicious. Take this spin on a basic side dish and turn it into something delicious!
- 1 lb asparagus
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp salt and pepper
- ¼ cup shredded parmesan
- 2 garlic cloves grated
Snap asparagus toward the end where it naturally will snap. This will ensure your asparagus is not tough towards the end.
1 lb asparagus
On a baking sheet, drizzle oil onto your asparagus and season with salt and pepper. Grate garlic over asparagus and massage until well coated.
2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp salt and pepper , 2 garlic cloves
Bake for 5 minutes at 375℉. Remove and top with parmesan cheese. Return to oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and slightly golden.
¼ cup shredded parmesan
Remove from oven and serve immediately. Enjoy.
