- 1 storebought pie crust shortbread kind
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 packet banana creme pie pudding mix
- 1 packet cheesecake pudding mix
- ½ cup heavy cream
To a stand-mixer with the whisk attachment, add in cream cheese, pudding mix packets, vanilla extract, condensed milk, and heavy cream.
Mix until well combined (about 5 minutes), scraping the sides and the bottom every minute.
Pour mixture into pie crust. Garnish with bananas, crushed nilla wafers, and a drizzle of caramel or cookie butter.
