Mongolian Beef Noodles

- 1 Package Chow Mein noodle
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion thinly sliced
- 3 scallion thinly sliced
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
Seasoning Mix
- 1 tbsp Chinese five spice
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- chili oil to taste
In a stock pot of boiling salted water, cook chow mien according to package
In a skillet on medium-high heat, cook ground beef thoroughly. Add in yellow onion, half of the green onion, and seasoning mix. Once sugar is dissolved, add in soy and oyster sauce. Mix well
Transfer noodles from pot to skillet and turn off heat
Add chili oil if using and top with sesame seeds and remaining green onion
