Mango Chow
Mango chow is a delicious, sweet, spicy, and salty mango salad that you'll be addicted to this summer! From the garlic, to the culantro, the flavors will have you making this all the time

- 4 mangos peeled and sliced
- 3 limes juiced
- 2 cloves garlic grated
- ⅛ cup culantro or cilantro (if you cant find culantro) minced
- ½ scotch bonnet pepper minced
- 1 tsp salt
Toss all ingredients into a bowl and fold to combine all ingredients.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days. If preparing to eat at a later date, use less ripe mangos
