Ingredients

can
corn
or fresh corn - you’ll need about 3 ears

avocado
diced
1/4
red onion
thinly sliced
3
limes
juiced

Pretty Girls Eat Too All Purpose Seasoning

cumin

chili powder

tsp
salt

oil

cup
cilantro
chopped
Instructions
To a skillet on medium-high heat, add in oil and corn. Season with Pretty Girls Eat Too All Purpose Seasoning, cumin, chili powder, and salt.
Stir until combined, and sauté until corn has char marks. Remove from the pan and place in a bowl to cool.
Toss cooled corn with onion, cilantro, lime juice, and avocado.
Serve immediately & enjoy.
