1tbspShaoxing wine

6tbsp cornstarch divided

Instructions
Take your cleaned chicken wings and season them with all purpose seasoning, white pepper, turmeric, sesame oil, Shaoxing wine, 3 tbsp. of the cornstarch, and 1 egg. Toss well to combine, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator and add remaining cornstarch. Toss once more.
Heat oil to 360℉ and begin deep frying your wings, being mindful to not overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 8-10 minutes and remove from oil. Place on paper towel or preferably a cooling rack to drain any excess oil. Serve immediately.
