Chicken Bacon Caesar Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts thin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 whole leaves of lettuce
  • 1 cup spinach
  • crutons for assembly
  • caesar salad for assembly
  • thinly sliced red onion for assembly
  • grated parmesan cheese for assembly

Instructions
 

  • To a bowl, season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and oregano.
  • Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a skillet on medium-high heat. Sear chicken on both sides until they're fully cooked. Remove from skillet and dice. Set aside.
  • Place one lettuce leaf on a cutting board with wax paper or parchment paper underneath. Careful not to tear lettuce.
  • Place chicken, spinach, croutons, Caesar dressing, parmesan, and onions into the lettuce leaf.
  • Fold in both left and right sides and roll closed using parchment paper. Cut in half and serve immediately.
