- 2 chicken breasts thin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 whole leaves of lettuce
- 1 cup spinach
- crutons for assembly
- caesar salad for assembly
- thinly sliced red onion for assembly
- grated parmesan cheese for assembly
To a bowl, season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and oregano.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a skillet on medium-high heat. Sear chicken on both sides until they're fully cooked. Remove from skillet and dice. Set aside.
Place one lettuce leaf on a cutting board with wax paper or parchment paper underneath. Careful not to tear lettuce.
Place chicken, spinach, croutons, Caesar dressing, parmesan, and onions into the lettuce leaf.
Fold in both left and right sides and roll closed using parchment paper. Cut in half and serve immediately.
