Beef & Broccoli
Perfect for a weeknight dinner, this quick meal can be on your table in 30 minutes or less.

- 1 lbs Rib eye or filet mignon sliced against the grain, into 1/4 inch thick slices
- 2 crowns Broccoli Florets
- 3 tbsp All purpose seasoning of your choice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp neural oil like grapeseed oil
Sauce
- 1/4 cup Dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- Chili Paste to taste
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 3 tbsp water
Coat your sliced beef with seasoning and cornstarch. Set aside for 10 minutes.
To a cast iron pan or wok on medium-high heat, add oil and sear beef for about 2 minutes.
Once beef has a slight crust on it, add broccoli.
Add remaining ingredients and whisk together.
Add into pan once broccoli has turned vibrant. This usually occurs after 1 minute or so.
Lower heat to medium low and allow sauce to reduce.
Serve immediately
