Single Serve Mac and Cheese

- ⅖ cup short pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ cup smoked gouda cheese shredded
- ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- ¼ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- cooked bacon bits optional
Cook pasta according to package to al dente.
To a skillet on medium heat, melt butter and add in all purpose seasoning and garlic powder. Toast for 30 seconds.
Add in heavy cream and allow to heat. Lower heat to low and add in all cheese except for ¼ cup of cheddar cheese. Stir until fully combined and sauce is smooth.
Add in pasta and toss to combine.
Layer in macaroni, cheese, more macaroni, and top with remaining cheese, add in bacon if using.
Bake at 350℉ for 15 minutes or until golden on top. Cool for 7-10 minutes and enjoy!
