Single Serve Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • cup short pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup smoked gouda cheese shredded
  • ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • cooked bacon bits optional

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package to al dente.
  • To a skillet on medium heat, melt butter and add in all purpose seasoning and garlic powder. Toast for 30 seconds.
  • Add in heavy cream and allow to heat. Lower heat to low and add in all cheese except for ¼ cup of cheddar cheese. Stir until fully combined and sauce is smooth.
  • Add in pasta and toss to combine.
  • Layer in macaroni, cheese, more macaroni, and top with remaining cheese, add in bacon if using.
  • Bake at 350℉ for 15 minutes or until golden on top. Cool for 7-10 minutes and enjoy!
