Red Chimichurri

Red chimichurri is a smoky, spicy twist on the classic-packed with bold flavor from paprika, chili, and garlic.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 red bell pepper fire roasted and peeled
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 tbsp parsley minced
  • ½ shallot minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano
  • 2 long red chiles de-seeded and finely diced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • tbsp salt
  • ½ cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and allow to marinate. Preferably make before you begin cooking to allow ingredients time to meld. Enjoy !
